E4 Conference

We are excited to announce that 
the E4 Conference WILL be happening in person! 

July 12-15, 2021
Hotel Louisville - Louisville, KY.

The E4 Conference is a conference geared toward equipping, empowering, encouraging, and engaging campus ministers in the ACM as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission on university campuses and beyond.

Conference Dates: July Monday 12 – Thursday 15​

Monday Evening, July 12
4 pm – Check In
5-7 PM – DINNER – on your own (dinner available at the Hotel Café for $5)
7 PM-8:30PM – Evening Gathering 

Tuesday, July 13
BREAKFAST on your own (there is a free continental breakfast or you may find your own in Louisville)
9 AM – Morning Gathering
10 AM – Connecting Time/Break Time
11 AM – Workshop One (chose from 3 options)
12 -2 PM – LUNCH ON YOUR OWN (lunch available at the Hotel Café for $5)
2 PM – Workshop Two (3 options)
3 PM – Connecting Time/Free time until dinner
5:30 -7 PM – DINNER **Meal included with registration
7 PM-8:30PM – Evening Gathering 

Wednesday, July 14
BREAKFAST on your own (there is a free continental breakfast or you may find your own in Louisville)
9 AM – Morning Gathering
10 AM – Connecting Time/Break time
11 AM – Workshop Three (chose from 3 options)
